An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Customer Service Team. If you are passionate, self-driven and thrive is a collaborative and fun team environment then this role is for you.

Your role will involve:

  • Respond efficiently to customer phone orders, queries and product claims
  • Accurate entry of customer orders into SAP
  • Create and check customer invoices
  • Process returned stock to facilitate customer credits
  • Maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions and proactively work with customers on taking up available offers
  • Manage consignment stock


The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience with high volume inbound calls
  • Skills in SAP/CRM
  • Experience in Telesales/Customer Liason Officer roles is desirable

Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter, being highly organised and having excellent communication skills.
